Chad Allen is a golf course superintendent with a strong background in turf management and leadership. He earned his associate’s degree in human services from Ivy Tech Community College before beginning his turf career at Harrison Lake Country Club, where he later became assistant superintendent. Chad was the first person in Indiana to complete GCSAA’s Assistant Superintendent Certificate Series and went on to earn his turf management certificate from Penn State University. He continued to advance his career with roles of increasing responsibility, including at The Club at Chatham Hills. Chad Allen was named the winner of GCSAA’s 2025 Emerging Leader Award.
