Marcus Harness, is the golf course superintendent at Sand Point Country Club in Seattle, Wash. He earned his bachelor’s degree in turfgrass management from Washington State University. Marcus arrived at Sand Point Country Club in 2019 when they engaged in a full course remodel as part of their master plan to create a new space for the new maintenance facility. An 18-year GCSAA member and past president of the Western Washington GCSA, he has served as a Grassroots Ambassador and on the Chapter Leader Committee.
