Brett Oxley is a superintendent at Red Tail Run Golf Club in Decatur, Ill. He earned his associates degree from Lincoln Land Community College and bachelor’s in plant and soil sciences from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Oxley previously worked for the Springfield (IL) Park District as a superintendent and the Country Club of Decatur as an assistant superintendent. He is a past participant of Bayer’s Green Start Academy, Toro Experience for Assistants, and Nufarm’s EXCEL Leadership programs. Oxley is a 13-year member of GCSAA, earned ASCS in Agronomy and Business, and currently serves on the BOD for the Central Illinois GCSA.
